DETAILED NOTICE INVITING TENDER (DNIT)
Sealed tenders in two parts
(Part-I: Techno commercial offer and Part-II: Price offer)
are invited from reputed and competent consultants (Individual/ Firm
/ Company) for rendering consultancy services for preparation of
scheme as per the following:

laid down in the MCDR – 1988, for Bhadwasi Deep Seated Gypsum
Deposit having a sanctioned Mining Lease area of 1122.38
hactares near village Bhadwasi, Tehsil and District Nagaur
(Rajasthan) and obtaining its approval from competent
authority. Terms of Reference and its approval from MOEF.
Conducting Environmental studies for preparation of EIA/EMP,
Public hearing by State Pollution Control Board & obtaining
environmental clearance from MOEF, New Delhi. |

Tenderer shall be pre-qualified on the basis of the following criteria:
i.
The bidder must be accreditated by NABET as per Office
Memorandum dated 30th June 2011 (Annexure 9).
ii.
The bidder should have national / international experience of
successful completion of work of similar nature of Rs. 2.00 lacs
with single point responsibility in its own name during any one of
the last five financial years i.e. 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09,
2009-10, 2010-11.
iii.
The bidder should have a minimum turnover of Rs.3.50 lacs in any one
of the five preceding financial years i.e.
2006-07,2007-08,2008-09,2009-10,2010-11
iv.
The bidder should have valid license, in their name; of mine
planning software like DATA MINE/MINEX/SURPAC etc.
The tenderer
should submit duly attested copy of work orders, work completion
Certificate as proof of similar nature of work experience, attested
copy of audited balance sheet in support of turn-over and attested
copies of T.D.S certificates etc. along with bid.
In case of
partnership firm, the experience of partnership firm will be
evaluated subject to the condition that, partnership firm is in
vogue prior to issuance of NIT of this tender. It is to be noted
that, the experience & turnover of the tenderer shall only be
considered.
The tenderer who
have earlier been awarded contract by the Company for any job which
they either did not accept or have abandoned it or contract has been
terminated by the Company for breach of conditions, shall not be
eligible to participate in this tender during suspension or ban
period.
The tenderers
will be pre-qualified on the above criteria on the basis of
documents furnished by them. Only such pre-qualified tenderers will
be informed about the opening of the price bid.
Bids furnished
through E-mail, Fax, Telegram etc. shall not be considered. RSMML
will not entertain any claim on account of late receipt/ postal
delay/ non-receipt of tenders. It also reserves the right to
reject/cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
