Preparation of mining plan & EIA/EMP
for Deep Seated Gypsum deposit near village Bhadwasi,
district Nagaur, Rajasthan
Clause 7.3 - “Terms of
Payment”
Clause
No. 7.3 (‘Terms of Payment’) of the above tender to be replaced as
under:
The lump sum amount
as quoted in “Schedule A” & agreed by Owner shall be
paid by Owner on the basis of the following:
1 Preparation
of Mining Plan and Obtaining Approval from Competent Authority
10% (Ten Percent) of the total value of contract
as an advance against submission of Bank Guarantee of
equivalent amount on RSMML format valid for entire period of
contract.
a) 10%
of value of contract on completion of the work of Geological
appraisal of the deposit and assessment of mineral reserves in
accordance with the UNFC method of classification, Geo-Modeling of
the deposit with computer aided software and completion of
assessment of the Cost benefit analysis of various options and
submission of the draft Mining Plan to RSMML for perusal and
comments, if any, to be incorporated in the final Mine Plan.
b) 10%
of the contract value on submission of the Final Mine Plan to Suptd.
Mining Engineer Bikaner DMG for approval.
c) 10%
of the contract value after obtaining approval of the Mining Plan
from Suptd. Mining Engineer Bikaner DMG.

Preparation of EIA/EMP
and Obtaining Approval from Competent Authority
d) 10%
of the contract value on Preparation of Terms of Reference (TOR) and
its approval from MOEF.
e) 20%
of the contract value on Conducting Environmental studies and
preparation of EIA/EMP Report.
f) 10%
of the contract value on Conducting Public hearing by State
Pollution Control Board.
g) 20%
of the contract value obtaining environmental clearance from MOEF,
New Delhi.
