DETAILED NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tenders in two parts (Part-A:
Techno commercial offer and Part-B: Price offer) are invited for
following work at Phosphate Division, Jhamarkotra Mines, Distt.
Udaipur (Rajasthan) from reputed contractors having experience of
transportation of manpower of work:-

Tenderer shall be pre qualified on the basis of criteria mentioned
below-

at least one work of transportation of manpower in its own name
in any one of immediate four preceding financial year’s
i.e.2007-08, 2008-09 2009-10 & 2010-11 of value as below:-

Note- The tenderer who meets
cumulatively pre-qualifying requirements for more than one option
can submit their offer accordingly for more than one option. For
this purpose, all the parameters of prequalification criteria
specified for different options & EMD to be added cumulatively.
A tenderer who meets all qualifying
requirements (A & B as above) for more than one option, on
cumulative basis, can submit his offer for more number of options.
It may however, be noted that in such a case if offer is rejected,
then it will be deemed to be rejected in totality. In case of offer
for more than one option the value of EMD should be equal to sum
total of the value of EMD each option as shown above.
The Tenderer should submit duly
attested copy of work orders, T.D.S. certificates, Work completion
certificate giving details (quantity & value) of the work executed
as proof of transportation of manpower of work experience, attested
copy of audited balance sheets for the years, 2007-08, 08-09, 09-10&
10-11in support of turn-over.
The tender shall be pre-qualified on
the basis of documents furnished along with Techno-commercial bid in
support of above. The decision of the company will be final and
binding in this regard. The price bid of only those bidders shall be
opened who qualify in technical bid as per the above criteria & only
qualified bidders will be informed about price bid opening.
In case of partnership firm, the
experience of partnership firm will be evaluated subject to the
condition that, partnership firm is in vogue prior to issuance of
NIT of this tender. It is to be noted that the experience & turnover
of the tenderer shall only be considered.
The tenderer/bidder who have earlier
been suspended or banned or whose contracts have been terminated by
the company shall not be eligible to participate in this tender
during the currency of the suspension or banned period.
The company reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
Also the company does not bind itself to accept the lowest price
offer. The Company shall not be responsible for any postal delay or
loss of offer. Offers sent by Fax/Telex/E-Mail shall not be
accepted.
