Sealed tenders in two parts (Part-A: Techno

Tenderer
shall be pre-qualified on the basis of the following criteria:
i) Tenderer
should have minimum turnover of Rs. 129.00 lacs in any one of the
three preceding financial years i.e. 2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11 in
tenderers name.
The Tenderer
should submit duly attested copy of audited balance sheets in
support of turn-over.
Tenderer
shall be pre-qualified on the basis of documents furnished along
with Techno-commercial bid in support of above. The decision of the
company will be final and binding in this regard. Only pre-qualified
tenderer will be informed about the opening of Price Bid.
In case of partnership
firm, the experience of partnership firm will be evaluated subject
to the condition that, partnership firm is in vogue prior to
issuance of NIT of this tender. It is to be noted that, the
experience & turnover of the Company / Society shall only be
considered.
Those
tenderer &/or proprietor/any partner of Firm /any member of
Co-operative society /any director of the company who are either
RSMML's customers of Gypsum or handling/ liaison/transportation
agents of RSMML’s customers of Gypsum are not eligible for
participating in this tender. Offers received from such tenderer
shall be rejected. Further, tenderer &/or proprietor/any partner of
Firm /any member of Co-operative society /any director of the
company will not become handling/ liaison / transportation agents
of any customer of RSMML of Gypsum during the currency of the
contract, in case the work is awarded to them.
The tenderer/bidder
who have earlier been suspended or banned or whose contracts have
been terminated by the company shall not be eligible to participate
in this tender during the currency of the suspension or banned
period.
The company
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without
assigning any reason. Also the company does not bind itself to
accept the lowest price offer. The Company shall not be responsible
for any postal delay or loss of offer. Offers sent by
Fax/Telex/E-Mail shall not be accepted.
