The tenderer should fulfill following pre-qualifying
criteria:-
i) The
Tenderer should have minimum turnover of Rs. 29.05 Lacs in any one
of the immediate preceding three financial years i.e., 2008-09,
2009-10 and 2010-11in tenderers name.
The Tenderer
should submit duly attested copy of audited/CA certified balance
sheet in support of turn-over along with offer.
The tenderer shall
be pre-qualified on the basis of documents furnished along with
Techno commercial bid in support of above criteria. The decision of
the company will be final and binding in this regard. Only such
pre-qualified Tenderers will be informed about the opening of the
price bid.
In case of
partnership firm, the experience of partnership firm will be
evaluated subject to the condition that, partnership firm is in
vogue prior to issuance of NIT of this tender. It is to be noted
that, the turnover of the tenderer shall only be considered.
Tenderer have to
declare whether they are coming under MSMED Act or not, if yes then
give registration number alongwith copy of the same. Tenderer as a
consortium is not allowed to participate in this tender.
The tenderer/bidder
who have earlier been suspended or banned or whose contracts have
been terminated by the company shall not be eligible to participate
in this tender during the currency of the suspension or banned
period.
Offers furnished
through E-mail, Fax, Telegram etc. shall not be considered. RSMML
will not be responsible for any postal delays/misplacement of the
offers sent through post. It also reserves the right to
accept/reject/cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
Incomplete tenders
and tenders without Earnest Money deposit is liable to be rejected.
RSMML reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders,
in part or in full, increase or decrease the quantity, period of
contract and to reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reasons whatsoever. Also the company does not bind itself to accept
the lowest price offer.
