The
tenders shall be pre-qualification on the basis of following
criteria
:
1)
The Tenderer should have executed at least one similar
nature of work of house keeping/cleaning of value Rs 2.00 lacs
in any one of the immediate three preceding years, 2009 onwards
only in its own name.
2) “The
tenderer should have minimum turnover of Rs. 5.00 lacs in any one of
the immediate preceding four financial years i.e. 2007-08, 2008-09,
2009-10, and 2010-11 in its own name”.
The price
bid of only those bidders shall be opened who qualify in technical
bid as per the above criteria & only qualified bidders will be
informed about price bid opening.
In case
of partnership firm, the experience of partnership firm will be
evaluated subject to the condition that, partnership firm is in
vogue prior to issuance of NIT of this tender. The experience &
turnover of the tenderer shall only be considered.
The
Company shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss of
offer. Offers sent by Fax/Telex/E-Mail shall not be accepted. The
company reserves its right to call for any additional information
whatsoever to check the eligibility of the tenderer.
