DETAILED NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders (in two parts) are invited only from reputed & established manufacturers or their authorised dealers for supply of following item at Sanu Limestone mines, Jaisalmer:-

The Techno-commercial suitability of the offers will be ascertained on the basis of following pre-qualifying criteria: 

  i.      The tenderer should be a manufacturer or its authorized dealer of the makes given in the tender and the product should have BIS certification or conforming to IS: 1891(Pt. I) 1994 amended up-to-date. ISO9001 or  14001 Certification shall be an added qualification;

ii.      The annual turn over of the tenderer should not be less than Rs Ten Crores in any of the last three financial years (i.e., 2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11) for which audited balance sheet should be provided as a proof. 

The tenderer / bidder who have earlier been suspended or banned by the company shall not eligible to participate in this tender during the currency of suspension /ban period. 

The technical suitability of the offer would be ascertained on the basis of past track record of the manufacturer to supply Conveyor Belt of similar specifications, the quantum of supplies and performance of such supplies etc. For Conveyor Belt of make other then the specified make (i.e. Phoenix Yule, MRF, Sempertrans Nirlon, Oriental, Northland, Forech, Dunlop etc.) if found Techno commercially acceptable, The company may consider to place trial order to begin with . The decision of the company shall be final in this regard. 

Only established  manufacturers of proven past record are eligible to quote, In case of participation by authorized /accredited dealer on behalf of their manufacturer, the dealer has to furnish authorization/accreditation certificate of the manufacturer in his favour , which should not be older than  six month from the date of NIT.  

The tender document (non - transferable) can be obtained from Manager (F&A) on the above address on payment of non – refundable tender fee as above by cash or crossed bank Demand Draft / Pay order in favour of RSMML Payable at Jodhpurr-342011.Interested parties may directly download the tender document from our web site www.rsmm.com and submit their offer as per the terms & conditions provided therein with the tender fee of Rs. 1140 /- & EMD of Rs. 38, 000/- alongwith the Part-I offer.   

The tender shall be received by the office of the undersigned up to 1.00 p.m. on or before submission date as above and the part I of offer will be opened on 08.02.2012 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of representative of participant Tenderers who may like to attend at time of the opening .The prescribed Earnest Money deposit shall be payable by crossed Bank Draft /Pay –order in favour of RSMML payable at Jodhpurr-342011 without which no offer will be considered.  RSMML is not responsible for postal delay or misplacement of offers.

Fax/ E-mail offers are not acceptable. RSMML reserve the rights to open the price bid (part - II) of those tenderer only whose offer is found to be technically acceptable. RSMML also reserve the right to accept any or all the offer without assigning any reason or to increase / decrease the quantity.
