Registration of Company’s Project with Executive Board of Clean Development Mechanism under UNFCCC

22.5 MW grid connected wind farm project (Phase IV & V) of the company registered with UNFCCC under CDM category on 11th December 2008.

Our 14.8 MW small scale grid connected wind power project in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India after completing all procedural requirements of UNFCCC has  registered by CDM Board on 14.4.2006.(ref.0243 under methodology AMS.ID).

Looking to the significant contribution of the project towards substantial development in India,  host country approval for the project was accorded on 26^th December 2005 vide no. 4/22/05-CCC by Ministry of Environment and Forest (MOEF), Govt. of India .

Company shall get 13,353 Carbon Emission  Reduction points (CERs) every year from the project till 2012 and also will be eligible to get CERs earned from the project since its commissioning, i.e. Aug. 2001 under Kyoto Protocol of UNFCCC through Clean Development Mechanism.

Energy efficiency achieved by use of Roller Press technology in Low Grade Beneficiation (LGO) process is also registered by UNFCCC vide serial no. 0944. The CERs have also been issued for this project in February 2008.
