Short term Notice for Inviting Tender

NIT No. RSMM /Phos/MM/Cont./Tender/2010/1687 dated 10.03.2010

Tenders in two parts (Techno-commercial bid and price bid) are invited from reputed and experienced contractors for following:

The tender document can be obtained from 10.03.10 to 31.03.10  upto 1:00 PM from the office of the Dy. General Manager (F&A) Jhamarkotra, on payment of Rs. 570/- (Rs. Five Hundred Seventy only including VAT which is non-refundable) by cash or DD in favour of RSMM Ltd. payable at Udaipur. Tender shall be submitted latest by 31.03.2010 at 3:00 PM and the techno-commercial offer shall be opened on same date at 3:30 PM.

The tenderer/bidder who has earlier been Suspended or Banned by the company shall not be eligible to participate in these tenders during the currency of suspension/ban period. 

The tenderer should fulfill following pre-qualifying criteria

1.     The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed one single work of similar nature comprising breaking of boulders in their own name more than Rs. 1.84 Lacs (Rupees one Lacs eighty four Thousand only) in any one of the last three financial years i.e., 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09.

2.    The bidder should have minimum turnover of Rs. 2.76 Lacs (Rupees Two Lacs Seventy Six Thousand only) in any one of the last three financial years i.e., 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09.

3.     The bidder should own minimum one number of rock break provided on minimum 0.9m3 bucket capacity excavator for breaking of boulders.  

For pre-qualification purpose, the tenderer should submit duly attested copy of work orders, TDS certificates along with work completion certificates as proofs of experience of similar nature of work. Attested copy of audited balance sheet in support of turn over along with the offer should be submitted.  

In case, the tenderer is a partnership firm, the Partnership firm should be a registered firm prior to date of issuance of NIT. A copy of registration certificate issued by Registrar of Firms and a certified copy of Partnership deed is to be enclosed. If the experience of partnership firm is below the requisite criteria than instead of experience in the name of Firm, the experience of one partner (whose experience is maximum) can be considered. However, turnover has to be in the name of tenderer & turnover of individual/partners/Directors/individual members of Cooperative Society shall not be considered.  

The tenderer shall be pre-qualified on the basis of documents furnished along with bid in support of above criteria, prior to the detailed evaluation of techno-commercial bid of the tender. The decision of the company will be final and binding in this regard. 

The Company reserves its right to call for any additional information so as to check the eligibility of the tenderer. 

Only pre-qualified tenderers will be informed about the opening of the price bid. 

Offers furnished through E-mail, Fax Telegram etc. shall not be considered. RSMML will not entertain any claim on account of late receipt/postal delay/non-receipt of tenders.  It also reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
