 SHORT TERM NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in two parts (Part-A: Techno-Commercial offer and Part-B: Price offer) are invited from Competent & experienced Individual /Firm/Companies Co-operative Societies (registered under Rajasthan Co-operative Society Act, 1965) having experience of similar nature of work for following works as mentioned below;

Tenderer shall be pre-qualified on the basis of the following criteria: 

I         Tenderer should have successfully executed & completed at least one single work of similar nature (transportation of mineral) in their name comprising value not less than Rs. 28.00 lacs in any one of immediate three  preceding financial years i.e. 2006-07 ,2007-08 and 2008-09  

II       Tenderer should have minimum turnover of Rs. 42.00 lacs in any one of the immediate three preceding financial years i.e. 2006-07, 2007-08, and 2008-09 in the tenderer name. 

III   Tenderer should own fleet of minimum two (2) no. trucks/trollas/dumpers/tippers of minimum 15.00 MT capacity or equivalent higher capacity.  

For this purpose the Tenderer should submit duly attested copies of Work Completion Certificate alongwith TDS certificate giving details (quantity & value of work executed) supported with a copies of work order in immediate three preceding financial years i.e. 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09 as proof of similar nature of work experience & attested copies of Audited Balance Sheets of immediate three preceding financial years i.e. 2006-07, 2007-08 & 2008-09 in support of turn-over. Also attached copy of invoice/bills/registration certificate in support of ownership of etc. along with the offer 

The tender shall be pre-qualified on the basis of documents furnished along with Techno-commercial bid in support of above. The decision of the company will be final and binding in this regard. 

In case of Partnership Firm, the experience of partnership firm will be evaluated subject to the condition that partnership firm is in vogue prier to issuance of date of NIT of this tender. However, if the experience of partnership firm is below the criteria than the experience of one partner whose maximum experience can be considered instead of experience of partnership Firm  

In case of Co-operative society, experience of individual member shall not be considered. However, in case the tenderer is the Firm who had formed the Co-operative society on award of the work in its name in compliance to tender conditions in part, the experience of such Co-operative society shall be considered in the name of tenderer, provided that all the Directors/ Partners remain the member of Co-operative society for that particular contract period. A declaration to this effect has to be provided by the tenderer. 

The turnover has to be in the name of tenderer & turnover of Individual /Partners / Directors/member of society shall not be considered. 

Company)/Society, the experience/ownership/turnover of the company /society shall only be considered. 

Equipment/vehicles, in the name of partner/members of Society will also be considered for qualification purposes for which consent from the partner is to be enclosed. 

The equipment given in pre-qualifying criteria is meant only for qualifying the bidders. Actual requirement of number of vehicles may vary from time to time. But Co-operative society has to deploy the requisite type and number of equipments required to perform the entire scope of work and compliance of terms and conditions of tender thereof and to achieve the targets as given to the Co-operative society by the company from time to time. The details of such equipment shall be provided in the prescribed Performa. 

The Tenderer/bidder who have earlier been suspended or banned or whose contract has been terminated by the company shall not be eligible to participate in this tender during the currency of the suspension or banned period.  

The company reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Also the company does not bind itself to accept the lowest price offer. 

Offers furnished through Fax/ /E-Mail/ Telegram etc. shall not be considered. The RSMML will not entertain any claim on account of late receipt/postal delay /non-receipt of tenders.
