DETAILED NOTICE INVITING TENDER
 

Sealed tenders in two parts (Techno Commercial Part and Price Part) are invited only from reputed & established manufacturers or  their authorised dealers  for supply, erection, testing & Commissioning  of  the followings:- 

Make of Air Conditioners : Carrier, Hitachi, O General, Dykin, Voltas. 

*Due date : 20.5.2008, * EMD Rs. 4000/-  *Cost of  tender document: Rs. 563/- (inclusive of VAT) by cash/DD 

The techno-commercial suitability of the offers would be ascertained on the basis of  past track record of the tenderer of their authorised dealer to carry out the supply, erection, testing & Commissioning  of Air Conditioners of similar specification,  documents furnished  alongwith Part –I of the offer and/or the information gathered by the RSMML about the tenderer.  The price bid of only techno-commercially qualified Tenderer(s) will be opened on a later date, which will be informed to qualified Tenderer(s) only. 

The tenderer / bidder who have earlier been suspended or banned by the company shall not be eligible to participate in this tender during the currency of suspension / ban period.

The tender document (non -transferable) can be obtained from the office of DGM.(F&A)  on the above address from  6.5.2008 to 20/5/2008 up to 1.00 P.M. on payment of non-  refundable tender fee  (including VAT) of Rs.563/- (Rupees five hundred sixty three only ) by  cash/Demand Draft /Pay -order in favour of RSMML payable at Udaipur. Alternately interested tenderer(s) may directly down load the tender document from our website www.rsmm.com and furnish their offer alongwith the tender fee in a separate envelop super scribing tender no. & tender document fee, failing which their offer will not be considered. This envelop is to be stapled/attached to the main sealed envelop of offer for supply of equipment containing part-I & part-II.   

The tender shall be received by the Office of the undersigned on or before 20.5.2008 up to 2.30 PM and the part I (Techno-Commercial Part) of tender will be opened on same day at 3.00 P.M. in the presence of representative of participant tenderer’s who may like to attend the opening. The prescribed Earnest Money deposit of  Rs. 4000/-  shall be payable by  Demand Draft /Pay order in favour of RSMML payable at Udaipur alongwith part-I of tender, without which no offer will be considered .  The envelop containing EMD is also to be stapled/attached to the main sealed envelop of offer for supply of equipment containing part-I & part-II.   

RSMML is not responsible for  delay in submission of offers within prescribed date or misplacement of offers. Offers through fax /email/telegram are not acceptable.   RSMML reserves the right to reject any or all the offers, to cancel the tender, postpone it for another day, to change the venue of receipt/opening of tender, to increase/decrease the quantity of any item at any time, to withdraw any item, without assigning any reason(s) at its sole discretion.
