DETAILED NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in two parts (Part-A: Techno commercial offer and Part-B: Price offer) are invited for following work at Phosphate Division, Jhamarkotra Mines, Distt. Udaipur (Rajasthan) from reputed contractors having experience of similar nature of work:-

Tenderer shall be pre-qualified on the basis of the following criteria:  

i)     Tenderer should have successfully executed & completed at least one single work of similar nature (feeding of material) in tenderers own name comprising of value not less than Rs. 57.00 Lacs in any one of immediate three preceding financial years i.e. 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07. 

ii)     Tenderer should have minimum turnover of Rs.95.00 Lacs in any one of the immediate three preceding financial years i.e. 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07 in tenderers own name.  

iii)    The tenderer should own minimum two numbers of front end loaders with bucket capacity of 1.7 cum or more, four numbers of tippers of 9 MT or more capacity or two tippers of 15MT or more capacity. All the equipments/vehicles manufactured prior to year 2005 will not be considered. 

The Tenderer should submit duly attested copies of work orders, T.D.S. certificates, Work completion certificates giving details (quantity & value) of the work executed as proof of similar nature of work experience and attested copies of audited balance sheets in support of turn-over. Also enclosed attested copies of invoice/bill /Registration Certificates in support of ownership of equipment etc.

Tenderer shall be pre-qualified on the basis of documents furnished along with Techno-commercial bid in support of above. The decision of the company will be final and binding in this regard. Only such pre-qualified tenderer will be informed about the opening of Price Bid.

In case of partnership firm, the experience of partnership firm will be evaluated subject to the condition that, partnership firm is in vogue prior to issuance of NIT of this tender. However, if the experience of partnership firm is below the requisite criteria, then, the experience of only one partner (whose experience is maximum) may be considered instead of experience of partnership firm, if so requested by the tenderer. Turnover has to be in the name of tenderer & turnover of individual/ partners/Directors/Member of Society shall not be considered. It is to be noted that, in case of Company/ Society, the experience & turnover of the Company / Society shall only be considered.

Equipments/vehicles, in the name of partners will also be considered for qualification purpose.

The equipments mentioned in pre-qualification criteria are meant only for qualifying the bidders. Actual requirement of number of equipments may vary from time to time. Contractor has to deploy the required number of machines depending upon actual requirement.

The tenderer/bidder who have earlier been suspended or banned or whose contracts have been terminated by the company shall not be eligible to participate in this tender during the currency of the suspension or banned period.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Also the company does not bind itself to accept the lowest price offer. The Company shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss of offer. Offers sent by Fax/Telex/E-Mail shall not be accepted.
